The official website of the WNBA Draft Board provides up-to-date news, prospects, and rankings for the 2022 WNBA Draft.
Lottery Selection
The lottery selection to determine the order of the top four picks in the 2022 draft took place on December 19, 2021, and was televised on ESPN in the United States and on TSN2 in Canada.
The order of the top four picks is as follows:
- Las Vegas Aces
- New York Liberty
- Indiana Fever
- Atlanta Dream
Draft Format
The WNBA Draft shall consist of three rounds with each round consisting of twelve picks.
The order of team picks in each round is the inverse order of the standings from the previous season.
Date and Time of the Draft
The 2022 WNBA Draft will be held on Monday, April 11. The telecast will begin at 7:00 p.m. ET.
