Original Stuntman Lee Majors Gives Gosling His Blessing

Ryan Gosling is set to star in a remake of the classic television series "The Fall Guy." The film, which will be directed by David Leitch, is a modern take on the original series that ran from 1981 to 1986. Gosling will play the role of Colt Seavers, a stuntman who moonlights as a bounty hunter. The original series starred Lee Majors as Colt, and Majors has given Gosling his blessing to take on the role.

"I'm excited to see Ryan Gosling bring Colt Seavers to life," Majors said in a statement. "He's a great actor and he's going to do a great job."

Gosling is best known for his roles in films such as "The Notebook," "Drive," and "La La Land." He is also set to star in the upcoming film "Barbie," directed by Greta Gerwig.

"The Fall Guy" remake is scheduled to be released in 2024.
